Overnight Almond Butter Oats


1 tbsp almond butter, natural creamy

1/2 cup milk, fat free

2 tsp maple syrup or honey

1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

Active Prep: 4 minutes

Serves: 1

Serving Size: 7/8 cup



1. Add almond butter, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, add cinnamon to thermos or container. Stir to combine.

2.  Stir in oats.

3.  Seal and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
