Fish is a healthy addition to a child's diet. Tuna is a great source of lean protein and is packed with B vitamins. It also has a high amount of omega-3 fatty acids that are amazing for brain development in early life and have a wide range of benefits later in life. This simple tuna wrap will get you on your way to the recommended two servings of fish per week!

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. well-drained tuna
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 scallion
1 whole grain tortilla
Directions
Whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
Add tuna to yogurt mixture and flake while stirring.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes lengthwise and add to tuna.
Thinly slice the scallion and add to tuna. Stir to combine.
Pack tuna into center of whole grain tortilla and tightly rollup.
Recipe Note
Consider wrapping the stuffed tuna wrap in aluminum foil, plastic wrap, beeswax wrap, or parchment paper before packing into lunchbox to ensure it holds together.
