Everyone has a green smoothie up their sleeve, right? This simple green smoothie was designed with kids in mind. We use a small amount of spinach (which is the mildest tasting green) to pack in the nutrition. But then we blended in both mango and apple juice to amp up the kid-friendly sweetness and mask the "green" flavor.

Ingredients
1/2 cup mango cubes, precut, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice, well chilled
1/3 cup packed fresh baby spinach
1/3 cup chopped English cucumber
1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Serve cold in a thermos.
