Flatbread Pizza


1 whole grain pocketless pita

2 tbsp jarred marinara sauce, no sugar added

1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1/8 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Active Prep: 6 minutes

Serves: 1

Serving Size: 6 wedges



1. Preheat oven to 450F.

2.  Place pita on baking sheet.

3.  Spread with marinara sauce.

4.  Sprinkle with cheese and oregano (if using).

5.  Bake until cheese melts and pita is browned, about 9 to 10 minutes.

6.  Cut into 6 wedges.
