Lauren spent over a decade climbing the corporate ladder before leaving to focus on building a balanced life she loved. The pressure to feed her kids a wide range of healthy foods was almost more than the pressure she felt in her corporate career. She launched Lunch Unpacked to make preparing healthy lunches fast, convenient, and as stress-free as possible.
Jackie is a chef, nutritionist, and award-winning cookbook author. She spent nearly a decade consulting for Healthy Children Healthy Futures, an after-school nutrition and fitness program for city kids and parents. She developed our meal plans, ensuring that our kids get healthy balanced nutrition throughout the week.
